TERMS OF USE: By processing and giving Texas Star Documents your shipment via the Texas Star Documents system, you agree, regardless of whether you sign the air waybill, for yourself and/or as agent for and/or on behalf of any other person having an interest in this shipment, to all terms and conditions contained on this, on Texas Star Documents non-negotiable waybill and, as appropriate, any Texas Star Documents transportation agreement between you and Texas Star Documents or its partners covering this shipment, and in any applicable tariff, Texas Star Documents Service Guide, and Standard Conditions of Carriage, copies of which are available upon request, including terms which may limit the liability of Texas Star Documents. If there is a conflict between the waybill and any such document then in effect for the country where the shipment originates, the terms of the applicable Texas Star Documents transportation agreement, tariff, Texas Star Documents is not responsible for problems attributable to the functioning of the Internet or the Texas Star Documents system. Texas Star Documents may terminate or modify the Texas Star Documents system at any time without notice. Additional documentation not provided by this application may be required to clear your international package through Customs. Proper completion of all necessary form information is the responsibility of the shipper. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred under your Texas Star Documents User ID, Texas Star Documents account number and credit card number. Texas Star Documents is a trademark and had been filed in the United States. As a user of the Texas Star Documents system, you represent and warrant to Texas Star Documents that you have necessary legal light or license to copy each document you submit to Texas Star Documents. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Texas Star Documents from all costs and liability for intellectual property infringement resulting from your submittal of any document to Texas Star Documents. Any person registering an account on the Texas Star Documents site accepts responsibility for behaving in a lawful, non-malicious manner in all matters in any way related to the site. The registrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Texas Star Documents from any and all costs and liabilities resulting from registrant's conduct related to the site. Texas Star Documents takes your privacy and security very seriously. We reserve the right to terminate any account for conduct that, in our opinion, is malicious or suspicious. The purpose of this web site is to allow bona fide customers to send documents. Among others, behavior inconsistent with sending bona fide documents to bona fide recipients would be considered suspicious. Owners of corporate accounts with Texas Star Documents are responsible for canceling user privileges for employees whose employment had ended. Texas Star Documents reserves the right to terminate any account that is inactive for longer than 90 days. An account is considered active so long as the user has sent and paid for at least one document during the 90-day period. You are responsible for and warrant your compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the export laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which your shipment may be carried. You agree to furnish such information and complete and attach to the air waybill such documents as necessary to comply with such laws, rules and regulations. In addition, you specifically warrant that you will not tender any shipments to us if you are listed on the Denied Person List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce. You also warrant that you will now attempt to ship to persons or entities listed as Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons by the U.S. Treasury Department. Texas Star Documents will not carry shipments that are in violation of any nation's export laws. We assume no liability to you or any other person for any loss or expense - including, but not limited to, fines and penalties - due to your failure to comply with any export laws, rules or regulations. Sender is responsible for making sure documents shipped internationally are acceptable for entry into the destination country. All charges for shipment to and return from countries where entry is not permitted are sender's responsibility. Undeliverable Orders If any order is undeliverable for any reason, we may attempt to notify the sender to arrange for delivery to another location, including returning to the sender if within the same country. If we cannot make delivery to another location, we will dispose of the order. If the sender cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, we will dispose of the shipment. In any event, if an order cannot be delivered or returned, Texas Star Documents may dispose of the order in its discretion and at any location. Sender,if known, agrees to pay any costs incurred. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES.
